The Gospel in Romans

Sunday, 12 September 2021 // God's Story: New Testament

Description

“Law is order, and good law is good order.” - Aristotle

We all agree that laws are necessary for the order of life, without which the world would be in chaos. Imagine if evil acts like murder or theft were not prohibited by the law, what kind of society would we look like?

From the Old Testament, we saw how God gave His people the law in order that they might obey and live well. However, no one could obey the law perfectly, and all are under sin. With that, is there any hope for a sinful humanity?

Will God still remain faithful to His promises to redeem a people for Himself?
