The Gospel in Mark

Sunday, 17 January 2021 // God's Story: New Testament

Description

THREE, TWO, ONE – SHOWTIME!

Your dream to watch your favourite singer or K-pop artist sing live in front of you is finally starting! So far, you've only heard them on Spotify or watched their concert on Youtube.

At last, you will be able to watch the many years of dance practices, vocal trainings and tears come to life in front of you. The anticipation is fulfilled, their debut is at hand! – Wait... that sounds like something from the Bible!

The New Testament Gospel is a narration of one man, Jesus Christ, who began His ministry with the announcement, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand".

The whole of the Old Testament will now be fulfilled in one man, as described in the Gospel. The man that the whole of the Old Testament has been waiting for will come to life!

Jesus shows Himself as the bringer of the kingdom through His own life, as revealed in the Old Testament, redeeming the elected people of God to dwell in a place where He will rule over them as their King.
